It also affects your rankings within Google and other search engines as a means in which people can easily find you as well. So take the time to find out if you are listed, if you are listed correctly, and what your reviews are on there. Great insight about Google+. I think G+ is going to be Facebook 2.0. Everyone was using Facebook as a way of getting the most amount of friends as possible, and not about deep personal relationships. I like how you explain having deeper interaction with your friends/fans through using circles. You can create circles of people that are interested in different aspects of your business, or different topics in your industry, therefore giving them a more meaningful experience.
